I look forward to participating in a PLN .. it may make my job easier as I continue to learn to teach with technology so that our students are prepared for the future. I see it helping us transform our learning environment.2. What point stood out to you from the commenting advice?
Commenting is an important component of blogging. It encourages ones point of view and allows other learners to educate themselves from the blogs. Teaching children to value each another opinion and to have their own voices in different matters that may or may not be controversial can foster confidence and self worth.3. I used word it out to show vocabulary students will need to know while studying life cycles. I would make sure the font was in a print instead of cursive writing.
I could use this image in a writing/science center. They study insects and spiders in first grade so they should know the answer to this question.. But time I would make sure their was a ? mark at the end. This would be a good review for science and good topic for them to write about in the writing center.
